Interface member Meryl Mathieson ran a pen and ink session on Saturday 17 September 2016 at the Oriental Museum in Durham. The session started with instruction on how to make pens using drinks cans and lolly pop sticks. Experimentation was then carried out using the pens to draw with. Inspiration was provided in the form of oriental images and objects from the museum. The pens worked a treat and participants had a number of experimental images to take away with them.
